GENERAL RENTAL CONDITION :
The lessee must always carry a printed and valid copy of the contract in the vehicle; otherwise he or she may be fined by the Spanish authorities.
The lessee shall be responsible for all infringements and associated expenses, as well as any other cost incurred during the rental, for which he or she may be accountable, without prejudice to any possible legal action.
The lessee shall be responsible for the correct refuelling of the vehicle.
TEIDERENTALCARS reserves the right to refuse a rental based on previous incidents involving the lessee or failure to comply with the General Terms and Conditions.
In case we don’t have the desired model, we’ll offer another car of the same category or superior.
